About our texts

Servexi LLC makes Exterminator Suite, scheduling and business software for pest control companies. We text our own software customers (pest control business owners and their office staff) about their Exterminator Suite account: account and billing alerts, setup help, service notices about their account, and replies to their support questions. No marketing or promotional texts. You can also text us with questions and we’ll reply from (737) 510-4617.

How you sign up

You agree to receive these texts when you give us your mobile number and agree to texts while booking or requesting service by phone, in person, or on our text sign-up page, which has an unchecked consent box. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any of our texts at any time to stop receiving them. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, then no more texts. To start again, reply START.

Other terms

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts may not be delivered if your phone is off, out of range, or your carrier doesn’t support them. We may change these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
